Againsoft started in 2017 with a simple belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of software that enterprises get. What began as a two-person team working out of a small room in Dhaka has grown into a full-service digital agency serving clients across Bangladesh, the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
In our early days, we took on every project that came our way — from basic WordPress sites to custom Laravel applications. Each project taught us something new. We learned that the biggest gap in the market wasn't technical skill — it was trust. Clients had been burned by agencies that overpromised and underdelivered. We decided to be different.
By 2019, we had built a reputation for transparency. We shared our screen during development, invited clients to sprint reviews, and published detailed progress reports. Word spread. Our client base grew — not through marketing spend, but through referrals.
The pandemic in 2020 was a turning point. As businesses rushed to go digital, demand for our services surged. We scaled carefully — hiring for attitude over resume, investing in internal training programs, and building reusable component libraries that let us deliver faster without cutting corners.
